I am so excited to share with you a 31-day #STRETCHINSKATES Challenge! This Challenge is for everyone and anyone who want to stretch more regularly, increase flexibility, and just feel great about moving! The best part is that all of our stretches are done in our skates! You will find that your skates are an incredible tool to help assist your stretching routine! You will build strength & flexibility by stretching in your skates. I will be there with you every step of the way! Each daily stretch is accompanied by a YouTube demonstration to show you how to safely get in and out of your stretch. Each daily stretch will lead into the next, so after 31 days you will have an entire stretch in skates flow! Through this challenge, I hope that you'll enjoy making time for yourself each day to stretch, relax, and reset! Remember to Invite your friends & family to join in this challenge!
I'm so happy you're here! I'm Rebecca Ryan, AKA Love in Skates! I'm a lover of life, mover and groover, yoga instructor, fitness trainer, and Roller Skater! People know me as a teacher, and coach, but I will always be first and foremost a student of life. I created this website to share and spread all the LOVE IN SKATES!
